Our Team:

Managing Partner Erich Eisenegger has more than 17 years experience guiding businesses, developers, financial institutions and public authorities in a wide array of complex transactions and disputes around the world. Prior to co-founding Eisenegger & Carroll, Erich was a finance and corporate partner at both McDermott Will & Emery LLP and DLA PIper LLP in New York, as well as an economist at Credit Suisse in Zurich, Switzerland.

Erich also is a partner at Milestone Infrastructure Advisors, a finance and management consulting firm (www.milestoneinfrastructure.com).

Erich holds a Masters in International Law and Diplomacy from the Fletcher School of International Law & Diplomacy at Tufts University (1999) and a JD and BA from Boston College (1999 and 1995).
